Del Marcos Hotel - A 1947 Desert Oasis in Palm Springs, California

I enjoyed the getaway recently to your lovely hotel. I hadn't been to Palm Springs in years and I felt like I really got away from it all! Your pool and lovely room was well received, and I know I will be coming back again soon. The Del Marcos is close to all of the local eateries and entertainment downtown Palm Springs.

My wife and I needed to get away from things for a weekend and didn't want to go too far, so to maximize our vacation time. Living in OC we decided on Palm Springs, and from my sister's recommendation we reserved a spot at the Del Marcos Hotel. It was better than what she had mentioned.

The size is perfect. I was in Vegas just a bit earlier in the summer and it was nice to come to the Del Marcos and not need to take an elevator to the pool. Instead you just open your door and a beautiful pool with the most inviting crooner music welcomes you and invites you to sit down and not move. The outdoor lounging set is complete with outdoor tv's for you to enjoy whenever you want.

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful, and don't get me started on the mid century accents throughout the property. This is our new happy place.

I just wanted to chime in here and second all of the great reviews for the Del Marcos. Super cute, super clean and super close to all the action. My husband and I loved our room and the whole vibe at the hotel... very chill.

Awesome place to stay ! Very friendly, quiet, comfortable and intimate. So different than the huge resorts with crowded pools and noisy people. We have experienced many hotels around Palm Springs thoses past years, and the Del Marcos is definitely THE place to stay.

Clean, convenient, comfortable, fashionable and friendly. Have stayed here twice now, and it's great!

Greeted warmly upon check-in, given wine/beer, escorted to our room. Greeted by night crew, given name and where/how to reach him. Room (Hope & Crosby) was generously sized, clean and appropriately styled.

Patio overlooking San Jacinto mountains was fabulous! Pool was fantastic! Location can't be beat! Thursday night street fair just a block away, many high-class restaurants and pubs steps away; yet quiet and serene for morning/evening relaxing.

Fabulous Hotel! Service friendly and helpful and very welcoming. Offered a cold beer on arrival was a great touch as it was so hot!

Decor and building outstanding and a must for any vintage/retro fans. Pool lovely with amazing mountain backdrop and great music. Room was very clean and comfortable with cute vintage decor.Hotel policies make it as relaxing as possible for adults and couples eager to relax and escape family type establishments.

Amazing value, Highly recommended one of the best boutique hotels i have stayed in I cant wait to go back!

Like stepping back into 1947 but with all the modern luxuries. Laze by the fantastic pool with views of the palm trees and desert hills in the foreground. Great bathroom and kitchen facilities whilst tunes from the 50s play over the loudspeaker. Continental breakfast included and free beer or wine on arrival. Definitely recommend this beauty in the desert!!
